Refund policy

If you change your mind or the item is not what you expected, we accept a return for refund or exchange within 7 days of the order being received. 

Please contact us prior to processing the return for all instructions. 

Products must be returned to our address in Brisbane, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be appropriately packaged to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit. Please note a single layer of bubble wrap is NOT substantial. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. and process an exchange or refund as directed by you for the product only via the original method of payment.
