Shipping policy

Delivery times:

All orders are hand processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from Brisbane, Australia during the business hours Monday - Friday.

Order Details & Delivery Address:

Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct prior to submitting your order. Orders begin fulfilment as soon as they are received. This includes, but not limited to; name, email, address, products purchased, cancellation requests, shipping changes, discount codes. We are not liable for orders processed where information has been incorrectly provided. If any error is made, please contact us as soon as practicable, however we cannot guarantee it will be actioned before the fulfilment process has begun.

Combined Postage:

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to combine with other orders or refund postage costs.

Tracking:

All ordered are shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise arranged. Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the registered email address provided.

Damaged item:

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care but in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state, please contact immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
